The Sacred and Therapeutic Dance of Ancient Egypt

Before I began to study Egyptian dance a Psychic told me of 6 past lives that were important to my present life. That was 30 years ago. I have and am, living the relevance of each one of them now. But the one that has played out in the many layers of my life is the one I lived in Egypt. It was said that in ancient times I lived in the desert with the women and that I was a dancer and that to this life I brought with me the love and spirit of the music and dance of the desert. Now as I said, I had not began to train in Egyptian dance or ever think about it then.

The Divine Dance – Trance

I invite  you to join m in the sanctuary of dance and rhythm. Abandon yourself to an ecstatic trance state to bring harmony to your inner life. Listen to your breath; hear the pulse of your heart as it pumps billions of blood cells through your veins. Follow the Beat of the drum. Be guided towards Whiling as a Dervish woman; be taken as deeply into the Zaar trance state as you wish to journey. You will hear the divine and inspirational words or Rumi as you move in this sacred space.

This connection lives in my psyche. I can not give you names and dates, it is not connected to any particular order or belief system. It simpley  is. Some things I have been told. I have been told that in one of my past lives the is relevant to this life, I lived in Egypt in the desert and I bought to this life a love and passion for Music and dance and the wide spaciousness of the desert.

will take you into the Throat Chakra the seat of our Creativity, to give you the opportunity to work with the stuckness that you my feel in the throat area. This stuckness can be about a life situation in the present or the past. I can relate to some thing ancestral or global. For instance the silencing of the feminine over the centuries affects many of us who are aligned to the feminine, be they women or men. Let us find the healing voice that lives deep inside.
